trade terms and conditions

First orders and Overseas orders: Accepted on the basis of payment of pro-forma invoice prior to shipping.

Minimum order value: All orders are subject to a minimum order value of £400.00 (excluding VAT and shipping).

Minimum order quantities: Products may only be ordered in the minimum order quantities shown.

Shipping: Shipping is free for UK orders over £800.00. International orders charged at cost this includes Northern Ireland and Channel Islands. A quote for overseas carriage will be provided on request.

Payment terms: We require payment on pro-forma invoice for all new customers. Thirty day payment terms may be offered at our discretion to UK customers who re-order within a six month period. Customers who have beed offered thirty day payment terms and who do not re-order within a six month period or who fail to pay on time will revert to payment on pro-forma invoice. We do not offer credit terms to overseas customers.

Exclusivity: We may at our discretion offer exclusivity in an area to customers who order regularly and pay on time.
